If you didn't think you could whip up a quick meal that's also full of flavor. Well, you can — with these delicious recipes, you can make a meal the whole family will love, in less than 30 minutes!

TEX MEX BURGER

Ingredients:

1 1/4 pound(s) ground beef chuck (ask your experienced Al Jazira Butcher for the best cut!)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon(s) bottled salsa
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper


Directions


  Combine onion, salsa, salt, and chili powder.
  Mix seasonings with ground beef, just until well-blended but not over mixed, and shape into 4 patties, each 3/4-inch thick.
  Meanwhile, prepare the salad by adding lettuce, cucumber and tomato to the remaining dressing in the bowl; toss to coat.
  Heat 12-inch skillet over high heat until hot. Add patties and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium or until desired doneness.



Chicken Soup like my mother makes

Ingredients:


1  package(s) (32-ounce) chicken broth
4 cup(s) water
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalk(s) celery, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced

Directions


  In covered 3-quart saucepan, heat broth and water over high heat.
  Meanwhile, in 5- to 6-quart sauce-pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add celery, carrots, hot broth mixture, and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper; cover saucepot and heat to boiling over high heat.
  While vegetables are cooking, cut chicken into 3/4-inch pieces.
  Uncover saucepot and stir in noodles; cover and cook 3 minutes. Stir in peas and chicken; cover and heat to boiling, 3 to 4 minutes. Makes about
