SWEET TREATS

Granola bars add other health snacks
 Pecan Caramel Chews and other sweets
 Muffins  (MAKE YOU OWN)
 Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
Fruit (Take a napkin!)
An apple with nut butter for dipping (I do this in place of nachos, which I do still admittedly crave from time to time.)
Range of chocolates
Chocolate cake (MAKE YOUR OWN)

                                                And a very special Hot Chocolate 
                                                       Makes approximately 4 cups

Ingredients

4 cups unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk or regular milk)
3/4 cup agave or honey (you can always add more, but the marshmallows are very sweet)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cayenne (optional)
3 Tbsp. unsweetened powder
Lots of marshmallows
